The redevelopment of Vancouver’s historic Hudson’s Bay building reimagines the landmark as a contemporary mixed-use hub. A revitalized retail base will be topped by a 12-storey office volume, designed with expansive floorplates and rooftop gardens. Integrating transit connections and sustainable mobility infrastructure, the project strengthens the urban fabric at Granville and Georgia while preserving the site’s legacy presence in the city.
