Conceived as a landmark within the desert landscape, the proposal presents a predominantly opaque exterior to safeguard privacy and respond to the demanding climate. Its monumental presence emerges as a solid volume, anchoring the project in its surroundings while offering a powerful architectural statement in dialogue with the vastness of the desert.
