The structure is vertically divided into a hotel section and an administrative section, though this mixed-use program can be adapted easily thanks to the design’s inherent flexibility. The refined material palette enhances the elegance of the façade, which presents itself as a clear grid with varied window typologies. These windows are not merely part of a repetitive rhythm—they are complex elements that serve multiple functions, contributing to the building’s overall energy efficiency.
