Proposal for the new Headquarters of the Conques Marcillac Community of Municipalities. The project expresses an urban character on the street-facing side, while opening up beautifully toward the river. OECO thoughtfully explored color and texture to ensure the building not only integrates with its surroundings, but also stands out as a civic landmark that brings the public realm together.
