This project consists of an office building in Geneva vertically divided into a hotel and an administrative section. This mixed-use program can be adapted easily thanks to the design’s inherent flexibility. The refined material palette enhances the elegance of the façade, which presents itself as a clear grid with varied window typologies. These windows are complex elements that serve multiple functions, contributing to the building’s overall energy efficiency.
