Composed of several facets, the building is a winding path to explore in a succession of spaces with diverse and complementary uses: games rooms, information spaces, dance hall, dormitories, etc.
The volume is a stylized rock in light-colored concrete, located overhanging the storm basin. The concrete is used on the facade, exterior sunshades, walls, and interior slabs, which provides very high inertia and good summer comfort.
