Designed by Koht Arkitekter, the Fyllingsdalen Cultural Center is conceived as a natural extension of the city itself—an open, accessible structure where architecture and urbanism seamlessly merge. Rather than functioning as a closed cultural complex, the building unfolds like a small city within the city, with a network of public spaces that invite movement, gathering, and exchange.
