As the historical nerve center of the steel industry in Seraing, Ateliers Centraux has shaped the identity and economy of the city for more than 150 years. Dorte Mandrup’s project seeks to revitalize this historic industrial complex and open it to a much broader audience. The ambition is to combine housing, hotel facilities, retail, culture, sports, and nature within one cohesive vision.
