East Harbour Masterplan

Henning Larsen Architects

Henning Larsen, in collaboration with Gehl and First Gulf, is shaping Toronto’s future East Harbour district with a people-centered urban plan. On the 38-acre former Unilever factory site, the project introduces 10 million square feet of mixed-use development: offices, retail, cultural and public spaces. Prioritizing walkability, climate resilience, and social interaction, the plan integrates heritage structures and a new transit hub.
