Huis op Zuid, a 50-metre residential tower by Koen van Velsen, combines housing, cafés, and restaurants with direct links to nearby sports and swimming facilities. The project strengthens the connection between Afrikaanderwijk and Kop van Zuid, enriching the urban fabric of Rotterdam South.
